Rotzig und obszön klingt das einzige Punkstück der vier unbekümmerten Jungs von „Mari Pepa“. Das Ringen um ihr zweites Stück gestaltet sich jedoch zäh und bringt die junge Band an ihre Grenzen. Und dann klopft auch noch das Leben mit seinen Zwängen an die Tür. Auf halbem Weg zum Ruhm drohen Band und Freundschaften zu zerbrechen. Alex, der nachdenkliche Kopf von „Mari Pepa“, hat noch ein anderes Problem. Er hat zwar schon viele Pornos geguckt, aber als zum ersten Mal ein Mädchen echtes Interesse an ihm zeigt, ist er aufgeschmissen.

“Mari Pepa“ is a Punk band made up of four easy-going teenage boys – but they only have one song, and it sounds gross and obscene. Writing a second song proves to be a challenge which stretches the young band to the limit. And then cold reality comes knocking at the door. Half way down the road to fame, the band and their friendships are close to falling apart. Alex, the contemplative leader of “Mari Pepa“, has other problems too and although he‘s watched a lot of porn fi lms, the fi rst time a real girl shows interest in him he‘s utterly clueless.
